The number of sessions required depends on the severity of the injury and your body’s natural healing capacity. Afterwards, we will be able to give you an estimate on the number of sessions required as well as a list of exercises you can do at home to expedite the recovery time.
Can you treat all sports-related injuries?
Our chiropractors are able to treat a wide range of sports-related injuries such as sprains, strains, and tears. However, when it comes to some severe injuries it is best to see an orthopedic surgeon for treatment. What type of clothing should I wear to my appointment?
We recommend wearing something comfortable and loose fitting to your scheduled appointments. If necessary, you may be asked to change into an examination gown for a more accurate assessment.
